Depending on your interaction we process contact details, order and payment data, account data, communication content, technical data (IP address, timestamps, logs) and any information you voluntarily share in a consultation. The latter is treated strictly confidentially.

Fulfilment of contracts and orders, answering enquiries, invoicing and statutory obligations, security and improvement of the website, sending our newsletter (with consent).

We use processors who are contractually bound to data protection: hosting (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, Cloudflare), transactional email delivery (notify.naturalspirit.ch), payment providers (Raiffeisen for bank transfer, TWINT/Worldline, PayPal) and postal services. No data is passed to third parties for advertising purposes.

Only strictly necessary cookies and local storage are used (cart, language selection, session). No tracking or advertising cookies are set.

Images and assets are hosted on our own infrastructure. No external content that would transmit your IP address to third parties is loaded directly.

Data is retained only as long as necessary or as required by law (in particular the 10-year retention obligation for business records under Art. 958f CO). Contact enquiries without further business relationship are deleted after 24 months at the latest.

All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Appropriate technical and organisational measures protect your data. Forms are additionally secured by a multi-layer anti-spam mechanism (honeypot, timing analysis, header checks, rate limiting).

You may at any time request information, correction, deletion, restriction, object to processing, request portability and withdraw consent. A simple message to info@naturalspirit.ch is sufficient. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Our offering is aimed at adults with capacity to act. We do not knowingly process data of children under 16 without parental consent.

We may adapt this policy to reflect legal or technical developments. The version published here is the applicable one.
