Please read these General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) carefully.

The business relationship between Natural Spirit.ch (Catherine Baumann, meditation leader, medium, intuitive consulting and healing-stone advisor, Breitenrain 8, 8917 Oberlunkhofen, Switzerland) and the customer is governed by the following GTC in the version valid at the time of the order.

English version for information only. In case of discrepancies the German version prevails.

1. Scope

These GTC govern the business relationship between Natural Spirit.ch (sole proprietorship, online shop) and its customers. The current version is available at www.naturalspirit.ch. Deviating agreements are valid only in writing.

2. Offer

Products are offered exclusively to customers with capacity to act and domiciled in Switzerland. All offers are non-binding and constitute an invitation to submit an order. Descriptions carry no warranty.

3. Product descriptions

Statements about the effects of products do not guarantee any scientific or medical effect; they refer to traditional use. Stated properties do not constitute warranted characteristics within the meaning of Art. 197 para. 1 CO. Product images are examples only.

4. Limitation of liability

Sessions and treatments do not replace medical treatment and contain no promise of healing. Each customer takes responsibility for their own actions. Liability is limited to intent and, where mandatory law requires, to gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

5. Data protection

Unless objected to, data is processed to fulfil the order and to ensure optimal customer service. Consent may be revoked at any time by mail or to info@naturalspirit.ch. See also our Privacy Policy.

6. Product safety

Products are intended for their designated use and are not suitable for small children. Stop use immediately if adverse effects occur and consult a physician for serious conditions.

7. Order and contract

Submitting an order is binding. The automatic acknowledgement of receipt is not yet acceptance; a contract is concluded only upon Natural Spirit.ch sending a formal order confirmation.

8. Prices

Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). As a small business Natural Spirit.ch is not subject to VAT; no VAT is charged. Prices do not include shipping.

9. Delivery and shipping

Delivery is limited to Switzerland. A flat shipping fee of CHF 6.00 applies per order. If an order is split for technical reasons, shipping is charged only once.

10. Delivery terms

Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 business days after receipt of payment via A-Post. Stated delivery times are indicative and do not give rise to claims for damages or rescission.

11. Pickup

Goods may be picked up at Breitenrain 8, 8917 Oberlunkhofen. Choose “Pickup” at checkout. No shipping fee applies.

12. Passing of risk

Risk passes to the buyer when the goods leave the warehouse or, for pickup, when the buyer is notified of availability.

13. Payment

Payment is due in advance by bank transfer (IBAN), TWINT or PayPal; cash on pickup. Amount due within 10 days. Goods ship after full payment is received. After 10 business days an email reminder is sent; after 20 business days a paper invoice is sent with a CHF 10.00 fee.

14. Retention of title

Goods remain the property of Natural Spirit.ch until full payment has been received.

15. Return and withdrawal

For hygiene reasons no articles are taken back.

16. Warranty

Defects must be reported within 4 days by email to info@naturalspirit.ch. In case of a defect, repair, price reduction or replacement may be granted. Minor deviations (colour, dimensions, weight) inherent to natural or handmade products are excluded from warranty.

17. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bremgarten AG.

18. Severability

The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
