Tiger Eye (Fibrous Quartz) / Tiger's Gaze
Mineralogy: Yellow-brown fibrous quartz (trigonal, secondary)

Application: If blockages already exist, Tiger Eye can inhibit the energy flow in the body and lead to numbness in the limbs. In these cases, it should never be used continuously for more than one week. Otherwise, Tiger Eye can be worn, applied, or taken as water and elixir. For spiritual-emotional effects, meditation is recommended.
Care: Clean Tiger Eye once a week under running water and place it in the morning sun to charge. Tiger Eye cannot be discharged with hematite and cannot be charged with rock crystal.
