For us, meditation is a way to gain new strength and new energy.
Whether on a physical or psychological level, it enables us to go through life calmly and serenely. When we meditate daily, we discover the heart's love for ourselves and live it in everyday life.
Meditation offers many benefits for our health and well-being. It is a practice that trains our attention and awareness to achieve a calm and stable state of mind.
Personally, I started meditating (years ago) because I couldn't find peace within myself. I was constantly on the move, exhausted, and always searching for something. Through my training as a lightworker, I learned various types of meditation.
My training as a meditation guide fulfills me completely. There are so many ways to meditate that there's no excuse for people who say, “Meditation isn't for me.” I can guide you in a group or alone, whatever suits you best.
It's about recharging your energy and creating lasting positive changes in thinking, feeling, perceiving, and attention.
There are two types of meditation:
1. Passive meditation, where you sit or lie still.
2. Active meditation, on the other hand, involves physical exercises. This can be a simple walk (a walking meditation), dancing, chanting mantras, and also praying.
Positive effects: This can help you cope with certain tasks or simply manage your daily life. Many practitioners swear by the effects of regular meditation and draw strength, inspiration, increased concentration, and creativity from it.
