Meditation is a way for us to draw new strength and new energy.

Be it on a physical or psychological level, which enables us to go through life calmly and serenely. When we meditate daily, we discover the love of the heart for ourselves and live it in everyday life.

Meditation offers many benefits for our health and well-being. It is a practice that trains our attention and awareness to achieve a calm and stable state of mind.

I personally started meditating (years ago) because I couldn't find peace within myself. I was constantly on the move, exhausted and always searching for something. Through my training as a light worker, I learnt different ways of meditating. It has literally become an urge and I can no longer imagine life without meditation. To think that I haven't even managed to sit still for five minutes ...

My training as a meditation teacher fulfils me completely. There are so many ways to meditate that there is no excuse for people who say: "Meditation is not for me". I will accompany you in a group or on your own, as you see fit.

The aim is to recharge your batteries and bring about lasting positive changes in the way you think, feel, perceive and pay attention. By concentrating on a thought, a feeling, an emotion or your breathing, you focus your mind and calm it. 

There are two types of meditation:
1. passive meditation, where you sit or lie still.
2 Active meditation, on the other hand, involves physical exercises. This can be a simple walk (walking meditation), dancing, chanting mantras and praying.

Positive effects: This can help you to cope with certain tasks or simply master your everyday life. Many practitioners swear by the effects of regular meditation and draw strength, inspiration, increased concentration and creativity from it. Your health and immune system are strengthened, you feel less stressed and are more balanced.
