Amazonite: Amazonite: feldspar / ligaments, tendons and concentration
Mineralogy: Green, lead-containing feldspar (triclinic/monoclinic, primary)

Amazonite has a balancing and calming effect. It brings comfort and calm as well as patience and tolerance (when learning). There are few other healing stones that support the nervous system during intense stress than amazonite. It regulates metabolic disorders (liver), harmonises the brain, vegetative nerves and internal organs. It is also used in obstetrics.

Rock crystal: Rock crystal (quartz)
Mineralogy: Clear crystal quartz (trigonal, all formation areas)

Rock crystal dissolves energy blockages. Clarity, neutrality, improves memory, promotes energy flow, nerves, brain, glands, relieves pain and swelling.

Tiger's eye: Tiger's eye (fibre quartz) / Tiger's eye
Mineralogy: Yellow-brown fibrous quartz (trigonal, secondary)

Tiger's eye can alleviate nervousness and help children to keep a cool head during exams. It helps to strengthen intuition and instinct and also to find a clear view in unclear situations. Helps with stress and strain. Regulates the adrenal glands and relieves asthma attacks.

Care: Clean tiger's eye once a week under running water and place in the morning sun to recharge. Tiger's eye cannot be discharged with haematite and cannot be recharged with rock crystal.
